Metropolis

I have watched a movie "Metropolis" that written by Tezuka Osamu originally. I rented it from Tsutaya because it cost me fifty yen in a sale. During the sale we can rent old dvd with fifty yen so I rent four dvds. It is one of dvds that I rented. I watch it before lunch today.
It is story about a world of future. In this future there are many robots as a worker. Rich people use robots as a employee so many poor people lost their jobs and the poor hate robots. It is a scientific fiction but I think it can be in the future. Now in the world many company make robots and improve it so I think it can't be in the rest of my life but in the so long long future it can be. I think so.
In this movie, there is a robot named Tima that has emotion. From the first time she appeared to the last of her, she look for her identity. It is very sad for me. Human being made it, use, and break if they don't need in a self-serving manner. These behavior is in the real. Sometime everyone behave so. Of course me too. So we think about our life more and more seriously. The movie made me think so. It is just movie, but it has great message for us. I think every movie has message but there is a case we notice that or not. It is important to look for and think about the message of every movie.

one of my faverite musicians

I'll introduce about my favorite musicians. This time I introduce the Asian Kung-fu Generation. They are Japanese rock band and they released many CDs so I'll introduce some of my favorite CDs that they made.
First I introduce about this band. It has four members, Gotou, Ijichi, Yamada and Kita. Goto is vocalist and guitarist. Ijichi is Drumer, Yamada is bassist and Kita is main guitarist. I like Kita and Ijichi because their playing is very unique. It always makes me excited.
Recently they released the best album of the band but it has songs I had listened so I haven't listened to the best album and I'll not listen that CD maybe.
Their music is not viorent. It's mild so I like it. I like violent rock musi and in the other hand I like mild music. They make mild and unique music that anyone can imitate. I think there are few bands can make so unique song different from so they are great.
My first favorite CD is the "World World World". The songs "Tabidatu Kimi e"(To you begin the trip), "Neoteny", "Wkusei"(Planet) and "Arumachi no Gunjo"(the ultramarine of a town) are in that CD. I recommend you to listen this CD. Even if you don't like rock, you will like it.
Next I like CD is Kimi Tsunagi Fiveen. There are "Understand" and "Denpatou". I like inderstand the best of many songs of Asian Kung-fu Generation. I like malodies of the song. It is god. Always I hear the song, it makes me want to sing the song.
In the last I introduce a CD that I want you to listen is "Mada Minu Asue"(To tomorrow that haven't come yet). It has "Myaku Utu Seimei"(moveing life) and "Mustang". They are good song. I like it so much.
They released other CDs. There are many songs that I like so I want to listen them if you can.

snowy

Today is February 2nd. It is the day that I can get to know a result of a drawing lots of tickets. It is the ticket of bump of chicken live tour. In fact I subscribe for the ticket because I bought a CD of bump of chicken and it include a right of fastest drawing. If I get the ticket, I will give it to my sister and mother because they like the band more than me. At 1 pm I've got a mail informing me of the result and I fail it. That is too bad but I don't mind it because I will not go to the event if I get the ticket. I subscribed for my sister and mother and they told me that they subscribed too so I wish they get tickets.
After I know the results, I look outside trough the window and I found it is snow. Long time I don't have snow this year so it is beautiful for me but it is very cold for me to get out. So I decided to wait snow stop.
About three O'clock it stopped and I launched to university to submit my report and I did it by four O'clock. Even if snow stopped, it is very cold.
By the way snow reminds me a song of Kimura Kaere. I will introduce a CD of hers. It is eight eight eight. It is written on CD 8 eight 8. It is good CD. These days she made a song like pops so this disc includes that kind of song but there are many songs that played by some bands. The reason why I remember it, the song "an winter fairy is melting snowman" is in this CD. I like the song the best in this disc. It is co cute song. Always I listen to this song, it makes me excited. So I recommend to listen to this CD. There are pops like songs and rock like songs and so on in this disc.

plans for vacation

In February and March, I should study for examinations because I have entrance examination in 25th February. It will held in Saga university. The reason why I want to enter the university, I want to study biology.

After the examinations, I will watch many movies that I have wanted to watch before. First, I want to watch Toy Story 2 and 3. I watched Toy Story 1 in this class for movie review. When I watched it, I get to want to watch the movie after 1. Next movies I want to watch is Back to the Future. I will watch 1, 2 and 3 in the vacation. I think it is the best movies that I have watched. It is very exciting movie. After watching this movie, it makes me want to ride De Lorean DMC-12.

If I can go to the future or past, I want to meet me or my son or daughter in the future and talk about my life. And I want to meat my father or mother in the past and chat with them but I don’t think that I want to change my life in present.

Other movies I want to watch in vacation is Beck, Kisarazu Cat’s Eye, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Kung-Fu Panda 2 and Dreams and so on. The Dreams is made by Akira Kurosawa. I watch a little part of it in the movie English class. The part of the movie was good so I want to watch whole part of the movie.

a place where I write this

Now I’m in library of KGU to write this post and other assignments and read the book that Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It is warm in the library than outside. There are some students that I don’t know them. Some of the student is chatting with them friends quietly. I want them to stop chat because it is noisy even if they chat quietly. There are many book in the library. I'm sitting the chair and using laptop computer.

I think it should be kept quiet in the library, so if they want to speak, they should get out of the library and speak as they like. In this term library is always crowded but after five pm there are few people so I like to go to the library of KGU after five pm. I can read many books and write some assignments with comfort. Now is about ten to six pm, so there are few people in the library.

In fact, I reading the book Breakfast at Tiffany’s at the library. It is the book written by Truman Capote. One day I want to read it and search for this in the library to rend this book but there isn’t so I went to Book Off to buy this book yesterday. I don’t finish reading this. I think it should be put on the library. I hope so

a place where I eat lunch

I like the school cafeteria in KGU because it’s reasonable to eat but it is crowded at lunch time so don’t want to go to eat at lunch time. All of shops in KGU are crowded at lunch time so I go to buy my lunch to Seven Eleven near by KGU. It isn’t crowded. Stores crowded take me so long to time to buy. It is the reason why I don’t like crowded store. Because of crowded, I have to eat lunch in short term. I want to eat with comfort. So everywhere is crowded, I usually eat lunch in back yard in third building. It is not crowded. In another reason, it is near by Seven Eleven.

If I can get up early in the morning, I make lunch in my home. I strongly think the best way to save money is to make lunch by myself. If I make lunch, I need not to buy lunch in KGU or other store. And a lunch made by myself is very good to my health. There is no synthetic seasoning in the lunch that made by my self. In fact, there are many synthetic seasoning in foods sold in convenience store. I told it is not very good for health by my teachers so I try to eat something that is good for my health but often I have no choice. I want stores to sell foods good for health.

cold weather

I don’t like cold weather because it makes so difficult to get up early in every morning. Always I don’t want to get out of my futon or bed. There is no heater in my room so my room is very cold in winter. So I want my new heater in my room. If I get it, I can make my room hot and if I use it in early morning, I can get up more early more easily. I don’t like cold weather but I like snow because it is so beautiful. A snow scene is very beautiful. Especially I like the snowscape of Aso. For example a mountain covered with snow, snow on the river, snowman is very beautiful. I like it very much.

In winter, I don’t use any scarf because I’m not good at to wind it around my neck so I need some time to wind it. I don’t use it but I use neck warmer because I don’t need to wind it. It is loop shape so I just through my neck to wear it. It is very warm and I can wear easily without some moments. And I ware long under pants to stay me warm. It is very warm. By the way, I think the best way to stay warm is not going to outside of building so I like to stay in my house, class room, library and so on.

about my pet

I have a dog as a pet. His name is Sophie. He is miniature schnauzer. Five years has passed since he come my home as a family. When he came to my home, he is very small but now he grew. He is very loud because he always barks when visitors come to my home and see another dog. It is so loud and that barking often makes my mother angry. So I don't want him to bark but he doesn't quiet barking. He likes to eat. Sometime it brings a problem. He eats anything to eat for human and he can eat anytime even if he has finished his supper. In the past he ate my cup noodle that placed on my desk. It made me angry. In addition he can eat things that not for eat. For example cardboard, flowers, books and so on. Once time he ate my text book. It suffered me because I must use in a class. He has one more problem for my family. He piddles anywhere in my house. Of course he peed in my room. To make matter worse he peed on my guitar. I want him to pee on his toilet.

Sometime he suffers my family but we love him.

video games

I use to play video games when I was elementary, junior high and high school student but now I play video game not generally. When I use to play video games, I like Final Fantasy, Smash Brothers, Mario 64, Kingdom Hearts and Kirby of the stars super deluxe. Final Fantasy is role playing game. It is very exciting game. I like 3, 7, 9 and 10. Especially 9 is greatest game in Final Fantasy series. I like Vivi that is a character of the game. He is magician so he can use black magic. I always use him in playing the game because I can win battles with no difficulties. I use to play video games but in fact I don’t like battle game like the street fighter because I’m not good at it. I don’t like any other fighting game. I always lost the game but I want to win so I challenge more and more. But always I can’t win so I get it dislike. Also I don’t like first person shooter. When I play video games of that kind, I always get headache. So I just saw playing of my friends when we play those games. Because I can’t play those games, I like role playing game and the game for an only player.

about sports, playing and watching

I like watching soccer. My favorite player is Nakata Hidetoshi. I think he is the greatest player in Japan. He is hard worker and very skilful. If all the members of Japanese representation team agree with his opinion, they won in the world cup. I think so. In his last world cup, he insisted to the members that playing with more running and little walking but it is not agreed with by almost of all members. I’m very sad when I heard that he tell so on the TV program. I want the team to win in the world cup because it was last game for him but they can’t. Now he made the Taka Action Foundation and he supports many children in developing country by charity soccer mach. He is respectable person. I want him to keep on his actions.

Also I like playing soccer very much but I’m not good at playing soccer. In fact, I wanted to belong to local soccer team when I entered this university but I didn’t so because I’m not good at playing and I like guitar more than soccer. So I don’t belong to the soccer team. I like watching soccer games than playing soccer. Especially, super plays of players in the world always make me excited. So I don’t sleep well when the world cup is held because I watch the games on the TV.

my favorite music and musicians

I’ll write about my favorite music. I like rock, metal, fusion and jazz. I enjoy listening to those music everyday by my i-pod. Listening to music is very effective for me because it makes me fun, sad, coreage, and so on. I introduce my favorite musicians of each genres to you.

First, I introduce about jazz musician. My favorite musician is Wes Montgomery. His playing guitar is great. His feature of the playing is octave rendition. It is rendition that play same scale in different octave. Thst sounds is very beautiful, so I like him. I recommend to listen to the album”incredible jazz guitar” That is good.

Next is about fusion. That is hybrid music with rock and jazz. I like it because of many cool solos by instruments in this music. My favorite artist is Casiopea. The song “Asayake” is very good. I also like the “T-square”. You have listend the song “Truth” certainly.

About metal, I like “Bullet for My Vallentain” the best. Them sounds is very violent but the melody of the song is very cool and beautiful so I ilke the band. Almost of all people don’t like metal thinks that music is just violent. But the band is differ from that image. I want you to listen to a CD of the band.

Finally about the rock. Thre is so many genre in the rock. For example, hard rock, shoe gazer, punk rock, electronica rock, mixture, grunge, emotional rock and so on. It is too many to write all. There are many my favorite artists. It is also too many to introduce to you so this time, I introduce one of my favorite artists. It is “Jimmy Eat World”. It is represent band of emotional rock. Them music is not violent like heavy metal but mild and comfort. I think people don’t like violent music will like songs of the band

advice for next year's student

I’ll advise for next year’s student. I recommend you to write blog periodically because all the student of English course must write so many words. It is inable to write many words in short term. I recommend periodically writing on your blog but it is very defficult so if you can’t find a theme of the blog, I recommend to write about your favorite things, for example, your favorite music, plant, season, your hobby and so on. When I can’t find a theme of the blog, I allways write about a CD of my favorite band and I discrive about the band on the blog. I think periodically writing is very important and I can’t do that.

In fact, there is another way to write the blog that I recommend to you. It is translation. First find the book that witten in japanse and you are interestead in. Next translate the book on your blog. Find the book that you are interestead in is very important. You don’t need to translate all the book. Translate of a part of the book is ok. Finally write your oppinions about the book. This way is so enjoyable I think because you can read your favorite book. On the orther hand, you can write your blog. It’s very valuable.

I write about the old story of Kumamoto in other words, a local old tale. In other day, I found a book named the old tale of Kumamoto of course it is written in Japanese. One of stories that written in the book is so funny so I want to translate it. That is it.

Yajardon.

Today is beautiful day, so Yajardon went to a mountain to get plants used for thatching with a bar to catch those plants.
When he got to a mountain stream, there is a crab. He said that “ok. Let’s sting it with this bar!” and he aimed the crab and sting with a cry. But the bar slipped on a shell of the crab and a sickle that fitted on opposite side of the bar hit his neck! So his neck is cut from his body and trundle on the road.
“What? Human’s neck is on the road. Who did fall it? It is so important parts.” he said so and picked it up.
“Oh, this face is looks like me!” he said and he wanted to touch his neck by his hand but he can’t touch and he got to aware that it is him neck and said “Wow, it is my neck!”
So he pushed it into proper place in a fluster.
He said “That’s OK! Let’s go to the mountain!” and started to walk but it is hard to walk for him. So he said “That’s hard to walk. Why? It is out of form.” and soon he see his house in a distance.
“Wow! No kidding! I walk to the mountain but I got back to the home!” he said and he was going to scratch his head and finally he noticed. He placed his neck front side back.
He said “Oh! It is front side back! It is hard to walk to me cause of it. I walked to back!” and he replaced his neck to proper position and started to walk to the mountain.
Yajardon was walking on the mountain path and said “That’s good. There are not anyone near here and anyone see my opposite neck. If I was seen, I feel ashamed so much!”. He muttered to himself so. Though there are someone who see that happening. It is a raccoon dog and fox of the mountain. They talked about it.
“Hey, Yajardon did something strange. His neck is opposite and he walks to back, and replaced his neck. We have passed many years but we can’t do like that so he is great” the raccoon dog said so.
And fox said “Ok. I don’t want to fall behind him. Let’s scare the hell out of him!”
The raccoon dog said “What will you do?”
The fox answered “ok. I take the shape of the greatest horse in Japan at six thirty in tomorrow morning, so you take the shape of Yajardon and lead me to a village headman and sell me to him. The price is about six ryou I think and take equal shares. I will escape from headman in the evening with crying cough cough.”
“Oh I see! That’s ok! Let’s do that!” the raccoon dog said so. They were discussing about it. And Yajardon heard about someone’s voice and listen to it carefully so the dog and fox talk with each other. He clapped his hands and pleased very much.
Next morning Yajardon visited the fox at six and fox was surprised at and said “Wow! You are too early! You transform yourself into Yajardon very well but we decided that we will meet at six thirty, don’t you?”
Yajardon said “Yes we decided so but village headman is early bird so we have to visit him early in the morning. I think so!” and he waited transformation of fox and lead him to headman.
“Good morning headman.” he said.
Headman said “Yajardon, what’s up? It is early in the morning.” and Yajardon answered “You love horses so I want to sell this horse that I bought in Kumamoto to you. In fact I went to Kumamoto and I found this horse. It is good horse!”
Headman said “Mmm. That’s true. This horse is good horse. How much is it?” and Yajardon answered “It is six ryou.” And headman said “Come down to five ryou.” Yajardon answered “No no no! If it is five ryou, I will lose my money. That is so good horse so I must receive six ryou.”
After them talking he gave the horse to headman by six ryou, tie the horse to headman’s stable and got back to his home keeping his countenance.

This story is so funny. For the first time I read this story, I laughed at it very much. There are rest parts of this so I translate it next time.

application for admission

I submitted an application for admission to Saga university at about three O'clock. First I need to go to my high school to get my investigation report so I went to Buntoku high school over Kamikumamoto. It is so far from my home. The way to the school made me tired because I went to there by my bike. There are many up and down slope in the way to high school. Next I paid my examination fee in a family bank near the high school. And at last, I submitted my application for admission to the university.
After the submitting, I went to the library in Kumamoto Gakuen University and solve problems of math. It is difficult. It is clearly different from language. In the examination of English and Japanese, I can expect the answer and write it if I can not find true answers but in math, I can not do like that. So it is more difficult than language I think. bye bye (167)

my favorite movie

My favorite movie is the Back to the Future. It is funny and interesting movie. There are three parts of movie and every part is good movie. The story is elaborated well. I think the best movie that I have watch is this movie and the best movie in this world is this movie too. Every time I watch this movie, it makes me excited even if I know about the story. It is great. If we know about following of the story, it is not exciting but especially the Back to the Future is not in this case. At least I see those movies once a year or more. I can not decide the most interesting part because all parts are good.　In another reason, casting of this movie is good. Michel J Fox as Marty is good acting in this movie and Christopher Lloyd as Emmet is better than any other actor in this movie.(157)

my favorite motto

A motto that I like is “not regret without doing, regret with doing”. I think it means that challenge anything that you want to do, even if it is very difficult or it seems to be impossible. We never know the result before we challenge. So if you challenge it, there are possibility of success and fail but if you don’t challenge, there are just fail. If you are failed it, you can challenge again if you can. I like this motto. Sometime those words made me brave and it will help me in the rest of my life. I think my life is once time and it is not again. It is so common but it is very important. We have just one life so we should do anything that we want to do in young ages if it is excusable. So I will challenge anything that I want. (150)

my favorite place I've been

My favorite place that I’ve been is Kinpo mountain. The mountain is in Kumamoto. First I went to there with my friends at the night. We can see great view of Kumamoto city from to of the mountain. I think it is most beautiful view that I have seen in my life. There is good place but a road to top is dangerous and narrow. There is just regrettable point; there are many couples at the night so I want to go there at the morning or day time. I recommend so strongly.
Next place I like is Nagasaki on march because the festival of lanterns is held on march. I went there tow years ago and I saw the festival. It is so beautiful. There are many lanterns in the city and many place is decorate with those lanterns. I feel as if I’m not in Japan but in China. (151)

my favorite clubs

I like swing band club that I belong to. When I entered this university, I was invited to this club by my friend that quit this club soon. I can play guitar and I want to play in any club in university so I get in to the club. I know that the club is jazz band and I think I can play it because my friends said teach me about playing of jazz but it is very hard more that I think it is. I practiced harder and harder. So I get better to play it before but it is still difficult for me so I’m going to continue to practice jazz. Playing instruments is good hobby to me. It is good to have some hobbies that we can put our hearts into. It will be continued forever in our life and help us sometime so I will continue to practice playing guitar. (154)

my favorite season

My favorite season is spring because the weather is not hot and cold. It is warm so I can do anything with comfort. I can go to fishing, play the guitar, listen to music, read books and sleep with comfort without air conditioner. It is very good season to do anything except swimming or sports that played in winter. And in spring I can get up early more easily than winter. So I like spring. When in spring, I go to fishing to sea and lake. The view that I can see when I fishing is good. I like fishing in spring the best. On the other hands, I don’t like winter. The cold weather of winter always makes to get up early in the morning hard. It is very hard for me. I don’t like winter but I don’t hate it because I like snow scenes. It is good point of winter. My favorite sport to watch

I like to watch a game of soccer. I always look games in TV but I have watched soccer game in stadium with my father in Kumamoto when I 12 years old. It’s so excited game, Jubiro Iwata and Oita trinita. Iwata won at that game. It’s the first game that I watched in stadium and the last game that I watched in stadium. By the way, I like to watch soccer game in TV. I watch games when the world cup is being held. Watching games is very fun and talking about games with friends is fun too. When I was high school student, I watched the game that starts at 2 pm in Japan. It’s so exciting game but I got sleep after Japanese team getting a point. When I get up, I think Japanese team won but actually the team lost. (144)

my favorite dessert

My favorite dessert is an ice cream. I like it very much. A soft ice cream is very tasty. Of course I eat ice creams in summer but I eat ice creams even in cool or cold seasons. For example I like the ice box. That is a kind of ice cream. Many big crushed and seasoned ices are bottled in it. There are many kinds of flavor. For example, grape, grapefruit, and so on. It is tasty and we can eat it without difficulty. When we eat ice creams, we have to eat them hurriedly before ice creams get melt but we don’t have to eat hurriedly in case of eating the ice box because we can drink it after it got melt. That is very important for me. I don’t care of ice creams if it melted or not. (141)

“He tried everything, but he was never good enough and he always ended up feeling sad.” P.7
I read Danny’s dream. First Danny called bone is not good at any sports for example softball, basketball, football and volleyball. He is short and not strong. He is not good player in sports. After his feeling sad, he watched a race of marathon and there are many runners like Danny. In the other words, all the runners is skinny so he think I can’t be good at sports but if I can run. At the night that he watched the race, he saw a dream that he runs in a race in his sleep. Next day, he start a training to win school’s cross country. He trained so hard. Race day came and it is started. First he is the last runner but after and after he passed many runners and in the last he win the race.
I like this story. First Danny is never good at all sports but he won the race in the last. I think just do what I can do is not important, making an effort even if we can’t do it is important. Danny made great effort to win the race so he is great. I want to be like him. bye bye (218)

book review#11-Shipwreck

“No more crackers. Breakfast bars, dried fruit, nuts… they’re all ok. But no more crackers!!” p.24
I read the book, Shipwreck. It is a story about brother that is shipwrecked. First in a yacht, there are four persons; those are father, mother, sister and youngest brother. But after they had storm and shipwrecked, they are separated in parents and kids. I think those kids are great. If I was in those ages, I couldn’t be surviving in an island that there is not anybody in that but they do it. In the last of this story, kids met their parents.
By the way, I want to go to an uninhabited island of course not by shipwreck. If I can go there, I go in summer because I can swim and I want to fishing and eat fish that I got as supper in the night. (145)

Breakfast at Tiffany's

I read the Breakfast at Tiffany’s. First time I read, I don’t think it is interesting but after and after I read the book, I feel it interesting. The story is about a woman named Holly Golightly. She is really free and uncontrolled person. If a person like her were in real, I don’t want to see her or him. Maybe I will fight against her. I think the story of this novel is not bad, it’s so so. I like the Romeo and Juliet more that this story but I read the Breakfast at Tiffany’s naturally. The story is attractive to me.
I think the reason why it is attractive is the way of writing story of Truman Capote. His story is so realistic. His description is very detailed and he use names that is used in real so it made that story realistic and it attractive to everybody read it.
I read that book but I don’t watch the movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s so I want to watch it in this vacation. I’m looking forward to do it. I think there are too many movies that I want to watch so I will not feel boredom in this vacation. That’s good! Bye

the card

I’m in computer center and writing this post now. I don’t so like here because it is always crowded but now it is not crowded so I like here in this time. I usually use computer in library so I went to there as I do every day but I can’t enter there because I left my student identification card in my home. So I can’t enter there and use computer and I go to computer center to write report. I have no test today so it is small mercy from some misfortune. If I have some test, I get back harry my home to bring my card and go to school or get temporary card with some money.
The report that I want to write with computer is about Breakfast at Tiffany’s written by Truman Capote. I read it. It is interesting novel. At the first I read it, I think it is not good story, but after and after I felt down to that story. I’ll write about the story of Breakfast at Tiffany’s later on this blog. Bye (181)

In this time, Buzz and Zip in on the way to them home planet. After Zip’s long driving the space ship he gave the control of the ship to Buzz. First he refused it but in the last, he drove the ship and Zip went to bed. After turning of driver, the ship fell into black hole. Soon the ship get out of the black hole and it land in bleu galaxy. There are space pirates. He felt terrible.
If there are space pirate, I want to show them at least once a time. Maybe they are very dangerous so I don’t want to meet them. I just want to see from far a distance. Space pirates are showed in many stories for example Galaxy Railroad 999, Captain Hurlock, Queen Emeraldas, and Cross Bone Gundam and so on. They are cool but I think pirates should be bad fellow and dangerous.

book review#9-Buzz and Zip GET LOST

“I’ve never been there, but …they say terrible things about it,” p.6

Buzz and Zip got lost and land on earth to get fuel rocks. But they want to land on earth because they think there are many terrible monsters on earth. It is so funny. If we meet aliens, we shout and run away. Btu it is just our stereotype. We meet living things each other so alien should feel terrible as we so. about assignment

This is my answer of an assignment of movie English. I post it on my blog because It is very interesting for me. Especially I like the lesson by real life and the change of the society. It is good opportunity to consider about my shorter life till now. I rewrote it a little to post on my blog.

I have something special that I can't fail. It’s my teaching practice. I couldn’t fail it. Last may, I went to Tatsuda junior high school to practice as a student teacher. That’s so hard for me. I always got sleep at 4 am and I wake up 6 am and go to the junior high school. The most important thing that I can’t fail is a demonstration lesson. It’s very important to estimate my teaching good or not so I can’t fail it. In the lesson, I didn’t fail but I can’t teach as well as I always do cause of my nervous.

My favorite memory is a trip to Amakusa with my friends. It’s special memory for me because the trip is not just trip. We went to there to practice a band. To practice is main purpose of the trip so it’s special for me. Ordinary we go to trip to sightseeing but we don’t think about sightseeing on that time. We have no sightseeing in Amakusa but we can enjoy to practice. It is my favorite memory.

My important lesson that I just learned from my real life is that regret your action is exactly better than regret your doing nothing. One time I was asked to a jazz band but I refuse it because I was not good at playing. Later, when I saw playing of the band, all of the members seem to be delightful. I envy them and I regret refusing.
If these lessons were in text book and taught in school, it have not made sense because we can get cause if real experience. We can’t teach them to student by only a word. On the other hand, I want student to get important lessons by themselves as like we did.

I asked mother that “What is the change that you seen in society since the time you were my age?” She mentioned about mass production and big name brand goods. First is about mass production. She said when she was my age, mass production was begun and it took away personality from many products, for example clothes. Next is about brand goods. She also said import of many brand products was begun so Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Christian Dior and more are imported and bought by Japanese.

I ask my father same question. He answered about disco and supermarket. When he was in my age, discos are built in Tokyo so he went to the disco but soon he got out of there because he don’t like disco. By the way he went to disco in Marunouchi. Also he said about supermarket. These days, supermarkets are born in Japan and he went shopping there.
He said it was very convenient but it suffered many shops for example butcher shop, a greengrocer’s store, fish shop and so on.

I’m surprised at a conversation of brand goods. She said she can’t buy those products cause of expensiveness of them. She wanted them but she can’t buy. I’m surprised. Now we can buy brand products easily. Even high school students have brand products. Now we can buy products that we want without difficulty. I can’t find it is good or not but I think develop of distribution network is great.

I read the Dirt on my shoe. That is story about Jordan and Kaitlyn were hiking on the Rainbow Ravine Trail. Jordan went there taking his new tennis shoes. It is so silly, I think so. I never do so. I don’t want to go hiking to canyon taking new shoes because it gets so dirty. There is no choice that shoes, outfits, and any other things get dirty. I know it. But I don’t want new shoe to get dirt by soil. It is so difficult to clean up that. So if he wanted to see many things in dirt, he must get dirt in any box or other things. (135)

Nahtan is deaf but he can play soccer very well. I’m sure that he made practice so hard. By the way, his team mates are good player too. They play the game communicating with Nathan by hand sign. It is not so easy. In the end of the story, Nathan made a goal and his team won the game. It is good story.
In fact, there is a deaf Japanese player of soccer. He got sudden deafness but he didn’t give up playing the soccer and he joined the Japanese represent team and played the game. That’s great. I think that he is the greatest soccer player in Japan.

movie review-6 Heroes

I watched a first episode of Heroes. That is a TV drama about persons with preternatural power. There are many psychics in this drama and there are many kinds of abilities in this drama. For example, persons who can fly, teleport, stop the time, foretell about the future, and regenerate injuries rapidly by oneself with nothing to do. I think there are new characters and new abilities. This episode is interesting so I want to watch next episode but I don’t have enough time to watch all episode because I have examination soon so I watch another episodes in spring vacation. Maybe I have enough time to watch Heroes in the vacation.
In this drama, a Japanese actor appears and his name is Mashi Oka. He is Japanese but he doesn’t live in Japan. He has lived in America since he was six years old. He speaks Japanese in this drama and it’s good. He can speak Japanese well. In this drama many Chinese act as Japanese and they speak Japanese but they are not good at speaking Japanese so I don’t want to hear that. They are not native speakers so they can’t speak Japanese as native Japanese speakers. It is inevitable. I think they should act as Chinese and speak Chinese. If they do that, the unnatural point of this drama will be gone away.
The story of episode one is about a flowering of preternatural power of psychics. For example, Mashi Oka as Hiro Nakamura did a teleportation from Tokyo to New York and in the end of this episode Nathan Petrelli flew. That was very interesting.
By the way, I wanted preternatural power when I was in my childhood. I used to imagine that I am flying high up in the sky, run faster than any cars, bring up break a big rock by my arms, make a flame from my arm, and be invisible man and so on. This drama reminds me of my wish in my childhood. I think fun of this drama for me is unbelievable power. There are few dramas that many psychics appear in a story for example the X-men, so this drama gets very popular.

movie review-5 Romeo and Juliet

I’d like to write about the movie “Romeo and Juliet”. This movie and story is very famous and popular. I know there are two kinds of the movie of Romeo and Juliet. The first one, Olivia Hussey acts as Juliet. That is the old movie. I have watched this movie. That is the good movie and I like it. The other one, Leonardo DiCaprio acts as Romeo. This time I watch the latter one. I write about that.

This is interesting movie but I think the old one is better than the new one. This movie is arranged by the director so this movie is contemporary therefore both of the families Capulet and Montague are like a gang. They don’t have swords and they have guns instead of swords. I think the old one is better than the new one but story of Romeo and Juliet is very good. I like this story.

I think the reason why the Romeo and Juliet is popular is a story about forbidden love. The Capulet and the Montague hate each other and they often fight. Juliet is the only daughter of the Capulet family and Romeo is the only son of the Montagues so they should hate each other but in fact they love each other. I think almost all people like forbidden love because it is more attractive than normal love.

I think there is another reason of popularity of this story. It is the sad ending of this story. Most of the story and the movie ends with a happy or good ending but the ending of Romeo and Juliet is so sad. A person who watches or reads the Romeo and Juliet for the first time maybe want Romeo and Juliet to be happy. This unforeseen ending makes people impressed.

I think love of Romeo and Juliet is pure. Maybe it is third reason of popularity of this story. By the way, in fact I really like this story. I think this is the best story of stories of Shakespeare.

movie review-4 Camp Rock

I write about the Camp Rock. That’s a good movie. This is the story about Mitchie who wants to go to the Camp Rock and likes music.
The story is good but I like songs that are played in this movie more. Those songs are so good and make me want to play the guitar. Especially the song that was made by Mitchie is good and cool. In the end of this movie, it’s played with a band. That’s good but I like the song played with a piano the best. It is excited me when the song is played for first time in former part of the movie. I want to listen to some songs that were played in this movie.
In the end of this movie, The Final Jam that is a competition of music is held. People in the theater are excited by those songs and dance. All of the people that come to a theater are most excited when Shane who is famous and popular singer and Mitchie. I expected that Mitchie will win the first prize but that’s not so. A girl called Margaret won the prize. That’s good. In ordinal story, main character wins the prize but Mitchie didn’t win in this movie. That’s a good point of this movie. In the last of this movie, I thought maybe anyone else thought that Mitchie will win but she never wins in the final jam. It is not ordinal. That’s good.
Many songs were played in the movie but there are few songs of rock music. The title of this movie is the Camp Rock but there are few rock songs. I like rock music so the title “the Camp Rock” is excited me but there are few songs of rock. This movie is very very good movie but I want to listen to songs of rock music in this movie.

entrance examination

Last Saturday and Sunday, I had examination that called center test. It was difficult. I had tests of Japanese, Japanese history, Contemporary Society and English in Saturday and I had tests of Science, Biology and Mathematics 1A and 2B in Sunday. I had eight tests in two days but it is not the end of the entrance examination. I have more tests. The examination will hold in 25th February so I must study for the test and to enter the school. When I went to the Tutaya to buy a problems collection of entrance examinations after I had center tests yesterday, I found a unique problem of the test of Saga university. It is written by Japanese. The problem is “One day, you met an alien near your house. And he says you that if you want to go to the space trip of three days, you can go to the trip by my space ship with me. Space trip will be good trip but you must caution. In the space and in the earth, there is a different sequence of the time so you will spend three days in the space but in the other hand other people in the earth will spend three month. In keeping with the fact, will you go the trip or not? Describe your opinion about that in two hundreds words in English.” That is so unique question. I’m trying it.
If I can go to the space trip with an alien, I will go to the trip even if three months pasts in the earth while I spend three days in the space. Because maybe there is no other chance to go to the space trip. I think that this is the only opportunity to go to the space. I don’t mind that deference of how time goes on and deference of three month in the earth and three days in the space. It is more worthy experience to spend with alien, ride on a space ship and go to the space trip than three month in the earth for me. It is unable to go to the space trip over the moon in a short time such three days with technology in the earth at this time but I can go to the trip easily with the space ship. By the way, I have thought that I want to ride the space ship for many years, so I never fail to go to the trip with the alien. If I can, I want to operate the space ship and go to the other planet that some living thing, and chat with any creatures.
That is my answer to the question. I haven’t seen such a unique problem of entrance examination until now. It is most unique problem. I think so. I answered with joy. I wish such a unique problem increased. See you

He thought of that Syokaturyou made troops of Soso side march to Kouryou with marcing with the marching with the public to Kouryou but it doesn’t work. Only Ryubi intended to fight against Soso that carried the attack to Keisyu with a large army but now Soso brought the seas under his control. Then the troops of Ryubi lost by Soso a little and troops of Keisyu joined Ryubi side so the army of Ryubi got fourfold increase. And then Soso invaded with no difficulty, got the control of all of the naval force of Keisyu. Rosyuku think Soso is sure to attack Yosyu because he got the naval force. Soso marched with great big army but he fought not so much. Ryou gave Soso Kouryou easily because Ryou want to let Soso attack Yosyu, Rosyuku thought so.

This time, I translated shorter passage than before because I have other thing to study. In fact I have examination tomorrow. It is called center test. I must study for the test to get good score. I will try again to translate the story. bye bye

my favorite guitar

Today I introduce my favorite guitar. That is called Les Paul. It is made by Gibson that is one of the most famous and biggest companies in the world. First I explain about the company, the formal name of the company is Gibson Guitar Corporation. It is built in 11th, Oct in 1902. This instruments maker based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. I’m surprised at that the company exists before one hundred years ago and there is a company after World War Ⅱ. It’s very old company but it is a powerful company in instrument business. That’s great.
The Les Paul is made by Gibson from 1952. This is as famous as a Stratocaster made by Fender. Two models are most famous and popular in the world. Nothing to say, I like Les Paul more than Stratocaster. Las Paul is the first model of a solid body guitar in the world. Before Les Paul is made by Gibson, there is no solid body guitar and there are only hollow body guitar. That’s amazing. Les Paul is made by not only Gibson. In fact, a guitarist, Les Paul, and Gibson made the model jointly. To tell the truth, the model is made for Les Paul only so it is named Les Paul.
The reason why the model gets most popular in the world is intimately connected with Rock music. Sound of the model is loved by many guitarists of hard rock and heavy metal bands because it has big tone than other guitar, a clean tone is mild, and distorted sound is very beautiful and violently. That sound is made by twin coil pickup. Pickup is a microphone in the guitar. For example, Eric Patrick Clapton, Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin and Slash of Guns N' Roses use the model and make it famous.
I like sounds of Les Paul model. I use that model mainly both of when I play jazz and rock. That model is very useful because we can make many kinds of sounds by the guitar. I like distorted sound the best. Strictly speaking, I want to buy the model made by Gibson but it is too expensive to buy for me so I use the model made by Fujigen. It is Japanese instrument company. I like the company because they made good guitar and it costs me not so expensive money to buy it. In a word we can get good guitar at a low cost.
I like the model. When I earn enough money in the future, I will buy the model of Gibson and play it. See you!

I wrote about Annals of the Three Kingdoms and the war of Sekiheki. This time I challenged to translate a part of this story because I’m interested in translation. Following is the story that I translate.
They ran from Kakou to Saisou. Rosyuku is with five followers and Syokaturyou is with only one follower whose name is Kanpei. Kanpei is young man and he is the adapted son of Kanu. Syokaturyou was driving a horse with saying nothing. He talks with Rosyuku only when they were camping. To begin with, he is reticent. Rosyuku thinks Syokaturyou resemble his brother Syokatukin not much. Ryou has so big and great ambition. Rosyuku feel so.
Rosyuku thinks Ryou is young and he is as old as Sonken but Ryou is so dignified. Sonken is not dignified at all. Syuyu is as dignified as Ryou. The way to Saisou is about two hundreds. They went to there and they camped sometimes at night on the way to Saisou. Rosyuku was not used to camping but Ryou was used to camping. Ryou didn’t mind about a house without roof that they camp in. He is better at making a bonfire than other followers. The season is fall and it is very cold at night. Sometime they want warm up them hands with a bonfire.
“It is very quiet. Maybe many persons will die in this war.” Rosyuku said. He is sitting in front of Ryou. In fact, he wants to say about other thing but he can only say that because he is in front of Ryo and feel uneasy.
“How is a personality of general Syuyu? Mr.Rosyulu.” Ryou said. Then Rosyuku answered “I think he is one of heroes of this age. If he fight with former lord of Go, Sonsaku, against any enemies, a situation of this country is get changing more then now. I think so.”
Ryou said “Syuyu hates Sonken?” and Rosyuku answered “No, not at all! My lord Sonken attend to him as like a brother. Sonken is very cautious deferent from Sonsaku and Syuyu support him very well.”
Ryou said “Too expanding a territory is not good. Sonken proofs that a power of a country is not extent but unity and Sousou knows well that too”
Rosyuku said “Sousou’s territory is too large. So my colleagues of civil servants insist that we should yield for convenience now.”
Ryou didn’t change his expression at all. Rosyuku thinked Ryou don’t care of surrender insisted by civil servants or Ryou pretend so. As a result, he can’t find. Though Rostyku travel with Ryou two days, Rosyuku can’t realize what Ryou thinks.

red cliff

In the vacation I watched the red cliff. That is the movie about Chinese history. It is very interesting. I like that movie. I have read the book Annals of the Three Kingdoms before. So I know how the war was and a result of this war. I know what will happen in the rest of the story of this movie but I could enjoy this movie. I like the age of this history because that is so interesting and character in this history is very fascinating. Especially I like Choun. He is a general of Ryubi. Ryubi is the king of Syoku but he is not king when the war of red cliff is being held.　Choun is very strong and faithful as the general of Syoku. He is good person. Always he fights for other person however he is injured by many enemies.
I think the war of red cliff is most big war of that age. It is interesting. When that war is held, Himiko govern a country of Yama. That is amazing. When I knew it, I was surprised at the fact and I think China is great country. I recommend watching this movie.(198)
